YUM2 Food Photography Exhibit

“YUM 2 (Even Yummier)” is the second annual exhibit of DC-area professional food photographers’ work being shown at The Art Institute of Washington. It’s part of the huge FotoWeekDC event. I’m happy that I was asked to show again this year! Here are some selections of my work included in exhibit. I made the carrot photo for Millenium Restaurant in San Francisco, CA; and, the caviar shot was for Ridgewell’s Catering in Washington, DC.
The shot at left is from my ongoing personal series of “Characters” that I create, which I wrote about in a previous post; and, the fruit-and-almond image was for The Almond Board.
The bottle shot was for Vegetarian Times magazine; and, the popsicle photo was for The U.S. Dairy Export Council.
The egg photo was for Natural Home magazine; and, the pasta piece was “just for me,” personal work.
Of course there is an opening party! I do hope to see some friends there. Here’s the info:
